Refund Policy

We currently don't allow refunds. All orders are FINAL SALE. We do our best to fulfill orders of our products with love. Please email us at customersvc@lovejoycosmetics.com if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will do our best to make it right. 

We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

LoveJoy Cosmetics does allow exchanges if your product arrives to you damaged and/or broken. Please send a photo of the damaged items to customersvc@lovejoycosmetics.com within 24 hours upon receiving your package and we will be happy to replace the items for you. In some cases we may ask you to send us the broken item.
